Privacy

This page covers wealthkompass.com, including its members area. The site is run by Galus Education LLC. Last updated Nov 2, 2026.

Visiting the site

The site sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles every request to it. Its pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them.

Paying, booking, and enrolling happen on other services: Square for checkout, Google Calendar for booking calls and sessions, and Google Forms for enrollment. Each has its own privacy policy.

Signing in to the members area

The members area is for the parents of enrolled students and for enrolled clients. Students don't sign in, and the members area collects nothing from a child.

You sign in with Google. Google tells the site your email address and that Google has verified it, and nothing else from your Google Account. The site never sees your password.

Signing in sets two cookies. One keeps you signed in for 30 days, or until you sign out. The other lasts ten minutes, only while you sign in. Neither is used for tracking.

What the members area holds

When Galus Education refreshes the members area, it copies only these from its enrollment records to Cloudflare, where the members area is stored:

Each signed-in email sees only its own students and enrollments. Galus Education's admins can view the members area as any family sees it, for testing and support.

Nothing else is copied. Other than in a session's name, last names stay in Galus Education's records. So do grades, schools, phone numbers, emergency contacts, medical notes, photo consent, waivers, contracts, prices, payments, and balances. So do student email addresses, which are used only to match calendar invitations, and the calendar's other details.

How long it is kept

Each refresh replaces the members area's copy completely. When an enrollment ends, its details are gone after the next refresh, and its email can no longer sign in.
